How It Typically Works
When you’re ready we can schedule a time to discuss your project. After we’ve talked I will prepare and send an agreement email that will outline the scope of the project. It will include:
What I will do for you
What I will write
When and what I will deliver
Professional fee for the project
Plus your money-back guarantee of your satisfaction with my work
Once you’ve approved and returned the agreement, including confirmation of your partial payment (50% of the project fee), I’ll send you an email with my briefing worksheet to complete, which includes a background material/document information request.
When I receive confirmation of your deposit we’ll schedule a Zoom/Teams call where we’ll go through the worksheet. I ask lots of questions. You then send me all the background material I requested.
I’ll then review the documents you send across; current and past sales and marketing materials, case studies, offers, calls to action, follow-up email templates, and any other material you have provided. I will most likely call to discuss their results with you too.
Then I sit down to write your copy - after about two weeks you’ll receive my first draft. You send the copy back to me for as many revisions as you need, for up to 30 days. You approve and sign off on the final draft (usually after just two rounds of revisions). You receive the final draft via email and I’ll follow up with a call to make sure you are satisfied.
